A-League Round 15 wrap up

Melbourne Victory took a 3-1 win over Adelaide in Adelaide for the first time. A sell-out Adelaide crowd came to see legendary Brazilian Romario do magic but the 40 year old is still looking for form.

Newcastle Jets were surprisingly held by New Zealand Knights to a 1-1 draw. The Jets got off to a flying start with a 13th minute goal but a 29th minute penalty tied the game.

Queensland Roar defeated Perth Glory 1-0 at Suncorp Stadium in Queensland giving Frank Farina his first win as coach.

And on Sunday the Central Coast Mariners held off Sydney FC to a 0-0 draw.
