CC Mariners vs Sydney FC

Sydney FC played Central Coast Mariners to a 0-0 draw at Gosford. The Mariners largely dominated the game and had a good opportunity to leap ahead of the champions in the ladder twice hitting the woodwork. First shot was a blazing free kick from Nik Mrdja early in the first half and the second came from an Andre Gumprecht.

Holding to a draw moved second-placed Sydney to two points clear of Adelaide on the ladder after extending its unbeaten streak to six games.
