United send Kosi to counselling

Amusingly, Adelaide United chiefs have decided to send coach John Kosmina to counselling after he copped a six game ban.

The Red boss was found guilty of violent conduct and banned him from the technical area for four A-League matches by the FFA after he was knocked over by Victory captain Kevin muscat.

Kosmina retaliated by grabbing Muscat by the throat.

Adelaide United president Dario Fontanrosa said, "grabbing a guy around the throat is a serious matter".

He is obviously someone who has played one or two games during his lifetime.

I can’t believe the over-reaction to this incident by some people. Mr Fontanrosa would be one of them.

The club believes that counselling would better prepare Kosmina to handle any situation or issue that may arise in a future game.

Are they kidding? And, they have the audacity to say they support him.
